“I used Spark.com to meet women. I didn’t meet any women. That’s all you need to know about the site.”
“If Spark.com isn’t a scam site I don’t know what is.”
Before our Spark.com membership started, we looked at some reviews and those were 2 quotes from separate reviews we found. Those aren’t exactly glowing praises of Spark.com. After using Spark.com for 3 months, do we agree with those statements? Yes we do.
Spark.com is one of those dating sites where you just can’t make the mistake of signing up for. It’s not like it would be the end of the world if you waste a few bucks and a couple of months of time on Spark.com. But why do it? The site is a disaster and only the most desperate girls use it.
We like dating sites that have a lot of attractive women that even the average guy has a shot to date. That’s not the case on Spark.com. They don’t have many attractive women so that means that the average guy pretty much has NO chance of meeting someone decent. But that isn’t our only problem with Spark.com. The issues run deeper…
We always call it like we see it. There appears to be a lot of very questionable profiles on Spark.com. This leads to a frustrating time. If all you’re doing is messaging fake profiles you’re never going to get anywhere. It’s sort of hard to meet someone that isn’t real…
Spark.com: Reviewing Our Results On Spark.com

Matt, a 30-year old from Cleveland used Spark.com for 3 months and had absolutely nothing good to say about the site. We feel bad for him because he also had to use True.com – a site that is equally crappy. We didn’t pay him for his efforts but we do thank him dearly and have given him a ton of free beers for taking one for the team. We’d love to share with you all sorts of stories about the amazing results Matt had on Spark.com but there were none. Sorry.
At the conclusion of our review of each dating site, we asked a few questions to the lucky (or unlucky, depending on the site) guy that spent 90 days on there to get some feedback about the site. Those questions are as follows…
Question: What did you like best about this site?
Matt: Truthfully, I hated everything. I hated the conversations I had. I hated the way the women looked. I hated the way they talked. I hated how few women were in my area. I hated it all.
Question: How would you describe the women on there?
Matt: I don’t think I’ve ever spoken to so many boring people in my life. Conversations with the chicks on there put me to sleep. I had to put most of them on ignore after a while or I would have gone crazy. These women didn’t even have looks going for them.
Question: Is this a site you would recommend? Why or why not?
Matt: I probably would…but it would be to someone I despise. For example, I’d definitely recommend Spark.com to my ex-wife!
What We Didn’t Like About Spark.com. The Spark.com Lowdown!
This is a difficult question to answer because we only have so much space. We could go on and on about the things we didn’t like on Spark.com if we wanted. Because that would be silly, we’ll limit our list to these…
- Boring women. They had no personality and no sense of humor. Very uneasy to talk to.
- Ugly women. Not to sound shallow but these chicks were not easy on the eyes. They don’t look like women that take care of themselves.
- It’s possible there are more fake profiles on Spark.com than any other online dating site.
Should You Be Using Spark.com For Online Dating?
We knew what we were getting into before signing up for Spark.com. We had absolutely no expectations and Spark.com verified that. It was a disastrous 3 months. Not one date and no conversations with women that were interesting. You should not use Spark.com for your online dating needs. Match.com is the perfect alternative to Spark.com. You’ll love it.
