“It’s true that True.com is a scam.”
“True.com is actually a very good online dating site.”
We are scratching our heads at those quotes from 2 separate online dating site reviews we read. How can one website claim True.com is a scam and another call it a very good online dating site? Here’s the answer…one of the sites is paid to write a positive review about True.com. That’s how those online dating site reviewers work. If you pay them they’ll say anything.
You can’t pay us enough money to write bogus reviews. And, we’re sorry to say it but True.com isn’t a decent enough dating site for us to write many positive things about it. There are many reasons we were unable to write a positive review about True.com, including…
- Not enough decent men and women
- Too many fake profiles
- Unfavorable male to female ratio for men.
True.com: Reviewing Our Results On True.com
- 450 total emails sent out in 90 days.
- 33 replies received.
- 0 first date setup.
- 0 female showed up for a first date.
Matt is a 30-year old single male that lives in Cleveland, Ohio. He was kind enough to do a review of True.com for us. We had to bribe him with booze and pizzas to make it through the entire 3 months on True.com because he absolutely hated the experience. His results were as follows; no dates and only 33 out of 450 women responded to his first email.
At the conclusion of our review of each dating site, we asked a few questions to the lucky (or unlucky, depending on the site) guy that spent 90 days on there to get some feedback about the site. Those questions are as follows…
Question: What did you like best about this site?
Matt: What did I like best? I can’t think of anything that I liked so I don’t believe it’s possible for me to answer this question.
Question: How would you describe the women on there?
Matt: My mother taught me that I have nothing nice to say I shouldn’t say anything at all…
Question: Is this a site you would recommend? Why or why not?
Matt: Not in a million years. I really did not like True.com at all and I found it to be a miserable experience. I’m not trying to be rude here but they have built a very poor dating site.
What We Didn’t Like About True.com. The True.com Lowdown!
Want the lowdown on True.com? It’s a mediocre online dating site. So what makes it so mediocre? Well, let’s start with these factors…
- We took a look through hundreds of profiles and didn’t find many singles that were very attractive.
- It was quite the task to convince women to go out on a date. They seemed way too busy for dating. We aren’t really sure why they even bothered signing up for True.com.
- Let’s be honest here. True.com isn’t a very professional website. It’s cheesy and lame.
Should You Be Using True.com For Online Dating?
This is a simple answer…NOOOOO!! True.com isn’t a good online dating site. Far from it. There are so many problems with that website that we simply wouldn’t be doing our job if we recommended it to you. We prefer using websites such as Match.com, Xpress.com, etc. Match.com, for example, is the top ranked online dating site because of how many great gals the site has to offer and how easy it is to meet them.
